RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition it was received, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at trashdeluxestore@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to the following address: Via Pozzomoretto, 12 Villafranca di Verona (Vr) 37069 .

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and remedy it.


Exceptions/non-returnable items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (such as food, flowers or plants), personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


You change
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item in question and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


14 day cooling off period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition it was received, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.


Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
